TOUGH DAY AT THE OFFICE FOR THE COUNTY U18’S
The morning foursomes proved to be very difficult for the home side and the L&R boys led by new England cap Frazer Jones ran out winners in all matches to lead 5-0 at the break.
The afternoon was a much closer affair and at the half way stage the Notts boys were leading in many of the matches. However the strength of the L&R team came to the fore and they eventually won’t the singles by 6.5 to 3.5.
There were great wins for Ethan Wan, Jacob Mitchell and Kai Saville and and excellent half fox Keiran Cobley.
Next up is the tri-corner match v Lincolnshire and Northants ar Coxmoor GC on Fri 29th
