Cordell picked up the Youth’s Trophy to complete a successful day.

On offer was also the team trophy, the winning club with the best 3 combined scores was Sherwood Forest and they will represent Nottinghamshire in the champion club tournament later in the year.  The team will consist of Mark Porter (champion), Ross Overton and Dean Reddington who shot two very consistent rounds.

Special thanks to Oakmere Park and their staff who not only provided an excellent course to play on but we’re superb hosts.

The top 16 amateurs will now go on to play in the match play championship later in June.
